About the role

We're a US-based group of companies in the natural stone and building-materials industry (marble, terrazzo, and epoxy aggregates) with operations spanning the US and Turkey. We're building out our India finance function and looking for a finance leader who wants to grow with us — not just maintain the books but eventually own the financial strategy of the group as a CFO-type leader.

This is a role with a real trajectory. You'll start by owning day-to-day finance and, as you prove yourself, take on progressively more responsibility across planning, controls, and management.

What you'll do
Own the India entity's accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close.
Build and maintain financial controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure.




Partner directly with ownership on financial planning and analysis
Grow into a leadership role managing finance staff and shaping group-wide financial strategy

What we're looking for
Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or PGDM in Finance
Solid communicator with fluency in English
High emotional intelligence and the ability to work closely with ownership and cross-border teams
Genuine appetite to grow into a senior leadership role — this is for someone ambitious, not someone looking to coast
Self-directed and reliable, comfortable building structure where little exists
