Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle FCCS solutions
Manage end-to-end FCCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to optimize consolidation, close, and reporting processes
Translate business requirements into FCCS configurations and integrations
Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/INDAS) and internal controls
Provide support and continuous improvement recommendations
Mentor junior team members and guide cross-functional teams during project execution
Coordinate with Oracle support and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
Deep understanding of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and currency translation




Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, etc.)
Robust grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Oracle Data Management, FDMEE)

Preferences:
Total Work Experience in EPM 10+ Yrs
FCCS Experience (End to End Implementation) – Minimum 5
Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
Oracle FCCS certification is a plus
