Key Responsibilities

Project Acquisition & Liaisoning
Identify and pursue recent project opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixeduse developments.
Liaise with landowners, government bodies, consultants, and investors to facilitate acquisitions.
Negotiate joint ventures, redevelopment deals, and land purchases.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements during acquisition.

Stakeholder Management
Build and sustain longterm relationships with key stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external partners.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to support acquisition processes.

Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct market surveys to identify highpotential locations and emerging prospects.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and demand forecasts.




Provide insights for project feasibility and strategic decisionmaking.

Business Development & Strategy
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Support top management in evaluating current ventures and expansion opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
