The role offers hands-on learning and exposure to multi-industry clients, including manufacturing and services.

Key Responsibilities
Support consultants in ISO certification projects, productivity/improvement and TQM implementation activities and improvement initiatives.
Participate in audits, assessments and client-site reviews related to operational efficiency and social compliance.
Collect data, analyse trends, prepare observations, and draft reports.
Engage in client meetings, factory walkthroughs and on-ground diagnostic studies.
Maintain project documentation and support internal research and knowledge development.




Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.

Skills & Attributes
Strong interest in operations, manufacturing systems, and continuous improvement.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to travel for client assignments.
