Mandatory candidate should have 2-wheeler license. Age: below 27 years.

Job Description:
PreDisbursement Activities (Before Loan Approval)
Visiting Industrial Area regularly.
Being present at Industrial events, sales camps, and local promotional activities (microlevel events).
Generating current customers through outdoor promotions, finance campaigns.
Getting leads through customer referrals and dealer references.
Conduct field investigation by physically visiting customer residences or workplaces to verify details.
Regular interaction with Clients to explain loan schemes and offers.
Collecting customer details and documents by meeting customers in person.
This phase requires daily travel, outdoor movement, and facetoface interaction.





Disbursement Activities (Loan Processing & Payment)

• Helping customers fill loan applications and explaining the process .
• Collecting necessary documents .
• Coordinating with internal teams for loan approval.
• Ensuring timely payment of the loan amount once approvals are completed.

Recovery & Followups
Meeting customers in person for payment followups when required.
Updating collection status and account details using mobile-based systems.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher -Graduate /Post Graduate .
