Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and onboard new advertisers and agencies.
Sell ad network inventory including performance, programmatic, display, native, video, and affiliate solutions.
Maintain and nurture relationships with direct brands, agencies, and demand partners.
Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Generate leads via outbound communication, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal campaign and ad ops teams to ensure delivery and revenue optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and upsell cross-network opportunities.
Ensure timely documentation, invoicing, renewals, and contract closures.

Required Skills & Experience:
5+years of experience in ad network / affiliate / programmatic / media sales.
Understanding of CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC, CPM models and payouts.
Strong network of advertisers and media agencies (India preferred; international is a plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.




Ability to meet aggressive revenue targets.
Strong analytical and storytelling ability can convert insights into actionable sales opportunities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Preferred Background:
Previous experience in agencies, publishers, or ad networks.
Exposure to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, or ad-serving platforms is a plus.
Understanding of campaign metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, etc.).
Ability to collaborate with creative and strategy teams to co-create brand solutions.
