Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the defined timelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in International Voice or International Chat Support.
Any Graduate can apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Solid customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in Night Shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary
1 to 3 Years Experience: Up to 3.5 LPA
3 to 5 Years Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA
