Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Risk Assurance to lead Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Fraud Risk Management across global telecom BPO operations. The role involves strengthening governance, ensuring compliance, improving internal controls, and partnering with business leaders to build a solid risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across business operations.
Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk registers, KRIs, and control matrices.
Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans.
Drive compliance with client contracts, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Lead fraud risk management, investigations, and preventive control initiatives.
Present risk and audit findings to senior management and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen governance.
Lead and mentor the Risk Assurance team while driving continuous process improvement.





Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree (Mandatory)
12 to 18+ years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Fraud Risk.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of leadership experience managing teams.
Experience in BPO/ITES/Shared Services is preferred.
Exposure to Telecom clients or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Robust knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Fraud Risk, and Stakeholder Management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
