Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute training programs across departments
Assess training needs in partnership with business teams
Design and update training content and materials
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and track completions
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Support onboarding training for new employees

Required Skills:
Good understanding of learning and development processes
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Experience coordinating training logistics and schedules
Proficiency in MS Office and LMS tools
Strong communication and organizational skills

Positive to Have:
Certification in training/facilitation
Experience designing e-learning content
Exposure to leadership development programs
