Job Description Telecaller (Health Insurance)

Position: Telecaller Health Insurance

Salary

Experienced Candidates: 16,000 28,000 (Net Salary) + Attractive Incentives

Eligibility

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Health Insurance Sales/Health Insurance Telecalling is mandatory.

Education: HSC Passed / Graduate (SSC-only candidates are not eligible)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Health Insurance products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
Explain policy features, advantages, coverage, and premium details clearly.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Maintain accurate call records, customer details,



and follow-up updates in the CRM.
Resolve customer queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills
Mandatory experience in Health Insurance Sales/Telecalling.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Solid sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in Health Insurance, Mediclaim, or Health Policy Sales.
Experience in telesales, insurance broking, or health insurance processes will be preferred.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of meeting sales targets.
