Title: Financial Modeling expert Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models and KPIs to support strategic decision-making, business planning, and performance evaluation.
Perform pricing analysis, cost optimization, and capital investment evaluations.
Conduct Activity-Based Costing (ABC), ROI calculations, NPV, and IRR analysis for business and investment decisions.
Build, compare, and validate multiple financial models to evaluate different business scenarios.
Perform scenario-based financial analysis to identify risks, prospects, and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement/Vendor Management, and Leadership.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
Present financial analysis and business cases to senior management and key stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance against business objectives and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and continuous improvement of financial planning and reporting processes.

Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Business Planning.
Hands-on experience in Pricing Strategy and Cost Optimization.
Proficiency in Capital Investment Analysis.
Solid knowledge of Activity-Based Costing (ABC).
Expertise in ROI, NPV, IRR, and Scenario Analysis.
Experience in KPI development and performance measurement.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Financial Models); knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
