Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates via portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Support recruiters in managing candidate pipelines
Maintain recruitment trackers and documentation
Learn and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Requirements:
BMS graduates (freshers welcome)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in HR/recruitment domain
Ability to work in a fastpaced workplace
