We are hiring for a HR Manager role for our client, a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Design and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives
Drive performance management processes across the organisation
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace conflicts
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance
Partner with leadership on organisational development and workforce planning
Oversee compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
Mentor and guide the HR team on day-to-day operations

Required Skills:
Robust experience managing full-spectrum HR operations
Solid understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance




Experience with performance management systems
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Proficiency with HRMS/HRIS platforms
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Experience with compensation and perks structuring

Good to Have:
MBA/PGDM in HR
Experience in a multi-location or multi-vertical organisation
SHRM/HR certification
