Role: Branch In charge Service Delivery Operations & Sales

Purpose of the role:

Achieve key operational metrics, grow the subscriber base,



and optimize service quality through effective execution of strategies and robust team leadership.

Own the Area as an independent business
Accountability for subscriber acquisition, ARPU, profitability, and market share.
Lead field sales and alternate channel to achieve aggressive growth targets through superior execution and micro-market expansion.
Drive customer acquisition, and sales productivity while ensuring seamless coordination with Service Delivery and Network teams.
Drive relationships with Communities - RWA , President, Secretaries.
Monitor key Service KPIs, including TAT, FONI, First-Time-Right Installation , fault repair SLAs, customer experience.
Plan and Drive GTM activities in the communities
Build a high-performance culture, in the Branch , optimize costs, takes full ownership and drive execution excellence.
