Job Summary
We are looking for a Consultant Ticketing with experience in domestic and international travel ticketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Galileo Reservation System and be capable of delivering excellent customer service while handling reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, and travel-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings.
Manage flight reservations using the Galileo Reservation System.
Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, hotel bookings, and car rental services.
Provide accurate travel information, routing, fare options, and travel solutions.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and internal processes.
Process ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and amendments.
Maintain high standards of customer service and timely query resolution.
Ensure timely billing of tickets and refunds within the defined TAT.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners as required.
Maintain accuracy in bookings and documentation.
Required Skills
Experience in the Galileo Reservation System is mandatory.
Knowledge of domestic and international ticketing.
Positive communication skills (both verbal and written).
Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work within defined turnaround times (TAT).
Valuable knowledge of airfare, routing, and travel policies.
Attention to detail and accuracy in ticketing operations.
Eligibility
Any Graduate.
Diploma in IATA is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel ticketing/reservations.
