Your Role
Experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to ServiceNow SecOps SIR and ITSM processes.
Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from security and operational stakeholders.
Valuable understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, incident response lifecycle, and security governance.
Experienced in translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with CISO teams, security analysts, compliance teams, and technical delivery teams.

Your Profile
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and ServiceNow development teams to ensure successful SIR implementations.
Gather and formalize requirements related to security incident response workflows,



playbooks, reporting, and automation.
Define functional specifications, process maps, use cases, and acceptance criteria for SecOps solutions.
Support integrations between ServiceNow SIR and security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence platforms.
Ensure process alignment with security policies, compliance requirements, and operational readiness standards.
