Job Description-
The Factory Medical Officer will work at our factory every day for 8 hours on mutually agreed timing (6 days a week). Sunday will be working. Weekly off will be given on one of the week day
Factory Medical officers will be maintaining the Health Register of our employees in prescribed format. Medical nursing staff will work under the guidance of FMO.
Factory medical officer responsible for checkup & examination of employees who wish to take services.
Factory medical officer responsible for giving diagnosis & prescribing treatment for the employees and shall be responsible for follow up for fitness.
Factory medical officer will intimate the concern employees and the management for any abnormalities observed & follow up required for treatment.
First Aid boxes will be under supervision of a factory Medical officer.
Factory Medical officer will be conducting awareness sessions on First Aid and health to our employees as and when required.
