Job Description – Business Development Executive (BDE) – Tours & Travel

Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our business through strategic partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and other travel partners. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Tours & Travel industry and be comfortable with extensive field sales across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, and channel partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel partners.
Conduct regular field visits to generate business and increase market presence.
Promote the company's travel and leisure offerings to the travel trade.
Drive B2B sales and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business prospects.
Plan and execute sales visits,



partner meetings, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities.
Submit daily visit reports, sales updates, and market intelligence.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2–5 years in Field Sales.
Industry: Tours & Travel experience is mandatory.
Solid network within the travel trade in Mumbai is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
