The ideal candidate will respond to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and WhatsApp, prepare accurate quotations, and effectively explain our products

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and messages promptly and professionally.
Handle communications through WhatsApp and other messaging platforms.
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements.
Provide product information and explanations to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Prefer candidates -
No field work / Mumbai / Hindi English compulsory / Paint, cement, chemical, or D2C segment.
Other details -
Work Timings 10:00 am to 06:00 pm
Working Days – Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays working
