Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Certified Diamond Sales Executive to manage sales of certified diamonds across Indian and International markets. The ideal candidate should have excellent product knowledge, robust client relationship skills, and experience in handling domestic and overseas customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage certified diamond sales for Indian and international clients.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, billing, and order coordination.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
2–4 years of experience in certified diamond sales.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Experience handling international clients is preferred.
Knowledge of certified CVD diamonds.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
