Acting as a strategic pivot between leadership vision and operational execution. In this role, you will drive high-impact initiatives that span across corporate strategy, performance management, and organizational transformation

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end strategic projects by collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency.
Manage the performance tracking framework by synthesizing financial data and operational metrics to provide the leadership team with actionable insights for decision-making.
Drive organizational change management initiatives by aligning cross-functional teams with new business processes,



ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Required Skillset:
Demonstrate a robust command of strategic finance and financial modeling to evaluate the ROI of operational changes and support data-backed business decisions
Hold an MBA or equivalent degree from a premier institute, which complements your ability to think critically and solve unstructured problems in a fast-paced workplace.
Thrive in an in office work environment in Mumbai, demonstrating the agility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
