Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery operations for chemical and petrochemical products.
Arrange transportation through approved transporters and logistics partners.
Monitor shipment movements and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Prepare and verify logistics documentation including Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, LR Copies, Transporter Receipts, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and customers for smooth execution of orders.
Track tanker, container, and parcel movements and provide regular status updates.
Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to chemical products.
Maintain dispatch records, freight records, and transporter databases.
Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and customer logistics concerns.
Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Warehouse teams for seamless order fulfilment.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration,



Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
MBA (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, or equivalent) candidates are welcome to apply.
12 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, supply chain, or operations. Fresh MBA graduates with relevant internship or project experience may also be considered.
Prior experience in the chemical, petrochemical, lubricant, polymer, or industrial products industry will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of GST documentation, E-Way Bills, and transportation processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with tanker movements, bulk shipments, and industrial logistics.
Valuable understanding of transporter management and freight negotiation.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet operational deadlines.
