Job Title: SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant / Lead / Architect (Banking Domain)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultants, Leads, and Architects to join our SAP consulting team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience (not overall IT experience) with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations. Candidates must have experience leading client engagements, conducting workshops, managing implementation projects, and delivering SAP Finance solutions, preferably within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP FICO S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.
Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and recommend SAP best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement finance solutions.
Lead client engagements and provide functional consulting throughout the project lifecycle.
Configure and customize SAP FICO modules based on business requirements.
Work closely with technical teams during development, testing, deployment, and go-live.
Provide leadership to project teams and mentor junior consultants.




Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.

SAP FICO on S/4HANA
DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)
FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
TRM (Treasury and Risk Management)
JVA (Joint Venture Accounting)
FI Tax
SAP FI Lead
SAP FICO Lead
SAP FI Architect

Preferred Domain
Robust experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain is highly preferred.

Required Experience
Minimum 10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience (overall work experience will not be considered).
Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
Experience leading workshops, client discussions, and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Eligibility
Candidates must come from a SAP Consulting background.
End-user/support-only experience will not be considered.
Robust implementation experience is mandatory.
