ROLE: CONTRACTS MANAGER
Involve in endtoend prebid contract management for EPC / itemrate / percentage rate / designbuild tenders. Study tender documents, including:
Instructions to Bidders (ITB)
Conditions of Contract (GCC & SCC)
Commercial schedules, etc.
Raising pre bid queries and preparation of contractual risk analysis of tenders. Participate in prebid meetings, negotiations, and client discussions.
Support Estimation team on contractual provisions impacting pricing
Prepare contractual deviation and clarifications sheets in line with Business guidelines.
Preparation and vetting of NDA, MOU, JVA etc. for upcoming projects.
Supporting multiple project teams for contractual issues including drafting correspondences viz. EOT, Variations, cost claims, replies to Client notices etc.




Thorough reading and understanding of Project related all Contract Documents. Clarity regarding rights and obligations of the parties.
Preparation of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD) for recent contracts.
Have a strict eye for any Variation. Events having time and cost impact on account of Employer, shall be notified immediately.
Claim identification and preparation pursuant to the clauses of the Contract.
Handling contractual issues of physically closed contracts for minimization of losses and maximization of profit for the organization.
Supporting legal team for dispute resolution.
