Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns, reconciliation of GST data, and resolution of GST-related issues.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filings, and compliance with Income Tax regulations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Monitor customer collections and vendor payments to ensure effective cash flow management.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities during audits and assessments.




Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and accounting entries.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act provisions and other applicable statutory requirements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Logistics, and Management teams for smooth financial operations.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation for audits and statutory inspections.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
