Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
Lead and manage operations teams across functions/locations
Design and implement process improvements to optimize productivity
Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
Prepare and present operational MIS reports to leadership
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards

Required Skills
Robust experience managing end-to-end operations
Proven team leadership and people management skills
Solid analytical and process improvement skills
Experience with vendor and SLA management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have
MBA in Operations
Experience in a multi-location operations setup
Exposure to Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
