Drive portfolio analytics and performance monitoring across Collection verticals (Rural, Urban, Digital, Tele calling).
Develop and publish MIS dashboards, performance reports, and business reviews covering key metrics such as COC/ANR, loss rates, roll rates, bounce %, recovery trends.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on portfolio behaviour (flow rates, bucket movements, bounce impact, resolution effectiveness).
Build simulation models and scenario analysis (e.g., bounce impact, policy changes, strategy shifts) to support business decisions.
Partner with Collections, Risk, Finance, and HR teams to align targets, budgets, and performance expectations.
Track and analyse variance vs plans (SPPR/ABP) and identify drivers for deviation.
Support cost optimization initiatives by analysing efficiency metrics and recommending improvement levers.
Provide insights on incentive performance, productivity trends, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify prospects to improve collections efficiency, recovery rates, and portfolio health through analytics.
Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and audit compliance across all reporting and analysis.
