We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team for a residential building project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of a high-quality residential building, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review design plans, specifications, and drawings for the residential building project
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
Manage project budget, timeline, and resources
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations,
and safety standards
Coordinate with local authorities for necessary approvals and permits
Prepare and submit project reports and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 8 to 11 years of experience in residential building construction
Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
