About us: Applied Retention is a Mumbai-based AI startup building the decisioning layer for customer lifecycle marketing sitting above CRM platforms like CleverTap and Klaviyo to make them smarter. Early team, direct work with founders, real ownership.

What you'll do:
Build the console/dashboard marketers use to see and control decisions
Build integrations that push decisions into CRM platforms (CleverTap, Klaviyo, MoEngage, Braze)
Handle auth, APIs, and internal tooling end-to-end
Ship quick, iterate with real customers, and own features start to finish

You should have:
36 years in full-stack development at a product company
Strong React (or similar) on the front end
Robust Node.js or Python on the back end
Experience with REST APIs, databases (Postgres/MongoDB), and cloud (AWS/GCP)
Comfort working across the stack with minimal handholding

Nice to have: experience with third-party API integrations, webhooks, or CRM/martech tools.

Location: Mumbai (hybrid). Market-competitive salary + early-stage equity.
