• Conceptualize and review drawings of architectural, MEP, RCC, and interiors consultant for adherence to project requirements.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders (Architects, Designers, Consultants & Engineers) to create feasible design.

• Ensure all designs adhere to local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Setup building plans based on the plot area to ensure optimal utilization of space and adherence to zoning regulations.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all drawings, approvals, and change.

• Provide inputs for value engineering and design optimization based on research and project experience.

• Enhancing environmental sustainability standards of forthcoming projects.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, approvals, and issues.

• Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility, monitor progress, and resolve in office issues related to design or construction.
