Operations & Administration
Coordinate procurement, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the lab, office infrastructure, and shared resources.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and the Project Office to ensure effective day-to-day operations.

Startup Operations & Compliance
Manage and maintain end-to-end startup documentation across the incubation lifecycle, including agreements, KYC, compliance records, audit documents, annual reports, IP/technology transfer records, and other statutory or incubation-related documentation, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date records.
Design and standardize startup documentation frameworks and operational processes across pre-incubation and incubation by defining explicit workflows, ownership, stage-wise documentation, and maintaining centralized databases for reporting, audits, and internal reviews.
Coordinate with startup founders and ecosystem stakeholders to ensure timely documentation, integrate startups with relevant ecosystem prospects, and establish periodic tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor program progress, milestones, and outcomes.

Website & Tech Operations




Maintain and regularly update the riidl website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on programs, startups, initiatives, and organizational activities, while coordinating minor website enhancements where required.
Consolidate, organize, and standardize institutional knowledge, startup information, program data, and ecosystem resources into structured digital repositories to improve knowledge management, accessibility, and enable future AI-powered search, automation, and decision-support systems.

Process Improvement
Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and operational processes across riidl programs.
Create and manage program structures, workflows, and databases using Airtable or similar project management tools.

Internship Coordination
Coordinate internship opportunities with startups and internal teams, including outreach and candidate management.
Support internship operations, including application tracking, interview coordination, and onboarding.
