Position Overview

The Business Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating business operations across

Sales, Procurement, Projects, Finance, Logistics, Customers, and Vendors to ensure smooth

execution of orders and projects. The role requires excellent coordination skills, robust

documentation abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks while supporting

business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Coordination

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, OEMs, and internal departments to ensure

seamless business operations.

• Act as a single point of contact for order coordination, documentation, and operational

support (AMCs).

• Maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.

Sales & Commercial Support

• Prepare quotations, Excels, CRM, proposals, commercial offers, other business

documentation and validate the documents





• Assist the Business Development team in managing customer accounts and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate MIS reports, CRM data, and sales documentation.

Order Processing & Execution

• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Project teams for timely order

execution.

• Track order status, deliveries, documentation, and payment follow-ups.

• Ensure smooth coordination from enquiry to project completion.

Tender & Documentation Support

• Support preparation and submission of tender documentation.

• Maintain business records, reports, and operational documentation.

• Assist in resolving day-to-day customer and internal coordination queries.

Qualifications

Graduation (B. com, B.tech, BE, B.Sc. – IT)/

MBA (Finance, PM or Global Management)
