Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals

Advise managers on performance management and employee relations

Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions
Support leadership in building a strong organisational culture

Required Skills:
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Robust understanding of talent management and org development
Data-driven approach to HR decision-making
Robust communication and coaching skills
Experience managing employee relations at a senior level

Good to Have:
MBA in HR
Experience partnering with senior leadership
Exposure to HR analytics and workforce planning tools
