Export Finance & Documentation:

• Manage all financial transactions related to exports of jewelry, including

invoicing, shipping bills, and customs documentation.

• Coordinate with logistics and banking partners for export realization and

letter of credit (LC) handling.

• Monitor export receivables and ensure timely follow-up for payments

from international buyers.

• Liaise with external consultants, customs agents, and auditors during

export-related audits.

International Accounting:

• Maintain books of accounts for foreign currency transactions as per

applicable standards.

• Handle foreign exchange gain/loss accounting and revaluation.

Accounting & Finance:

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Perform monthly closing activities, prepare trial balance and finalize

accounts.

• Conduct periodic reconciliation of bank, vendor, and customer ledgers.

Inventory & Cost Management:

• Monitor jewelry inventory, stock movement, and wastage control.

• Assist in cost sheet preparation for each jewelry item





• Perform physical stock audits and variances reconciliation.

Taxation & Compliance:

• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS, and income tax returns.

• Ensure compliance with hallmarking and other industry-specific

regulations.

MSME Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with MSME regulations, including vendor

classification, timely payment to MSME suppliers, statutory reporting, and

adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.

MIS & Reporting:

• Generate monthly reports on export turnover, outstanding receivables,

and foreign currency exposures.

• Assist in preparing cost sheets, export profitability analysis, and variance

reports.

• Assist in cash flow management and working capital planning

Qualification CA Inter or Qualified Chartered Accountant.
Key Skills • 34 years of post-qualification or relevant experience.

• Experience in jewelry, industry preferred.
