Role & responsibilities
Market Expansion: Drive sales and business growth in CIS, ASEAN, African, and LATAM regions.
Client Retention: Manage, nurture, and grow relationships with existing international clients and distributors.
Lead Generation: Identify and onboard recent importers, distributors, and institutional buyers in target countries.
Export Operations: Coordinate with internal logistics, regulatory affairs, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, market trends, and regulatory changes in assigned territories.
Global Travel: Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, market research, and pharma exhibitions (e.g., CPHI) as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of pharmaceutical merchant export structures, pricing models, and incoterms.
Regional Expertise: Proven track record of handling sales in CIS, ASEAN, Africa, and/or LATAM regions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Negotiation:



Strong pitching, price negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel,PowerPoint, and using B2B export portals.
Education: B.Pharma or B.Sc along with an MBA (International Business / Marketing / Pharma Management)

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 3 years in Pharma International Business Development. Drive international sales, manage global clients, and expand our footprint in key emerging markets. This role requires a proactive individual with proven experience in international pharma formulations and/or API exports.
