Designation- Senior Manager / AGM - Leasing

Key Responsibilities :
Drive leasing operations and tenant management for company's Chennai assets.
Identify and engage prospective tenants, building and owning the leasing pipeline.
Drive and own relationships with IPCs, brokers, channel partners, and other market stakeholders in Chennai.
Prepare and present proposals to industrial and logistics clients.
Lead property visits and build a solid read on market and competitor positioning.
Own leasing documentation, databases, and reporting.
Lead negotiation processes and drive deals to closure.
Work closely with the development, finance, and property management teams to align leasing strategy with project timelines.

Candidate Profile




Strong commercial awareness and a track record in industrial and logistics real estate leasing.
Solid analytical and research skills comfortable interpreting market data and driving data-backed decisions.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solid organisational and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM / database tools.
A proactive, cooperative approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts and see deals through to closure.
A degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or commercial operations in the Chennai market preferred.
