Turner is seeking talented BIM Engineers MEP with 3–8 years of experience to join our BIM team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. This role offers the prospect to work on diverse and challenging projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve

design/construction conflicts.
Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and BIM

execution plans.
Coordinate with MEP designers, architects, structural engineers, and site teams.
Generate drawings, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
Monitor model quality and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required Skills:




3–5 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
Robust understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection

systems.
Experience in clash detection, coordination workflows, and BIM standards.
Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
Experience working on commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure

projects.
Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC and other BIM tools will be an added advantage.
