Identify and develop recent business prospects for APIs with customers in the USA/Europe market.
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives for exports.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key customers and trading partners in the USA/Europe.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with target customers.
Coordinate with internal teams (production, regulatory affairs, QA/QC, logistics, documentation, and finance) to ensure seamless order execution and regulatory compliance.
Track and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to represent the companys API capabilities.
Ensure all export transactions comply with international documentation
