Roles and Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
Identify recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Robust communication skills for effective phone conversations with clients; ability to work independently from home office setup.
Proficiency in English language; knowledge of Hindi language an added advantage.
Compensation
Unpaid Internship but with 100 % Variable Pay
Rs 100 per qualified meeting scheduled
20% Flat Commission upon closures
