We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer / Senior Planning Engineer to join our project team for a premium high-rise commercial building project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and coordination to ensure timely completion of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and detailed construction schedules.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved baselines.
Identify project delays, critical activities, and recommend recovery plans.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, QA/QC, Procurement, Contracts, and Site teams for effective project execution.
Prepare look-ahead schedules (2-week and 4-week), catch-up plans, and milestone tracking reports.
Generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR), Weekly Progress Reports (WPR), Monthly Progress Reports (MPR),



and management dashboards.
Track manpower, equipment, and material utilization.
Assist project management in resource planning and productivity analysis.
Maintain project documentation and planning records while supporting client and consultant review meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
7 to 10 years of planning experience in high-rise commercial, residential, or mixed-use building projects.
Robust proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Excel.
Valuable understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, project controls, and scheduling.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support project teams in achieving scheduled milestones.
