Role & responsibilities




Coordinate and support daily sales operations.
Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and customer service teams.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
