As our Career Counselor, you' ll be the first point of connection for students and aspirants helping them navigate academic choices, career goals, and personal growth with clarity and confidence.

This is more than a desk job. Its a front-line role in transforming lives through education, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue.

Role & responsibilities :
Welcome walk-ins and scheduled visitors with warmth and professionalism .
Guide students through course offerings, career pathways, and enrollment processes.
Understand individual aspirations and recommend tailored training solutions .
Initiate and respond to inbound/outbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and purpose.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, feedback,



and follow-ups .
Collaborate with admissions, and marketing teams to ensure seamless student experience.
Resolve queries with empathy, clarity, and strategic insight.

Desired Candidate's profile :
A background in counseling at Engg Colleges / High End Career Oriented Technical Course running Computer Institutions, etc.
Robust interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to connect with diverse age groups and backgrounds.
Proficiency in computer tools and CRM systems.
A calm, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for student success.
Multilingual fluency is a plus (especially English, Hindi, Bengali).
