Achieving Bucket wise flow rate targets.
Increasing the cash collections in NPA buckets.
Achieving NPA targets.
Monitoring the agency compliance and governance.

Field Collections skills
Field agency management
Robust communication and leadership skills
Problem solving and creative thinking.
Knowledge about credit card delinquencies.
