Role & responsibilities
To work on the current process development for the ongoing and recent products at bench level.
Arranging of raw materials required for the Process development and R & D work
from store.
To support the Sr. Chemist on the process development work.
Monitoring of reactions in R & D lab by TLC or other available methods.
Carry out reactions, isolation and purification as per process requirements.
Preparation of Batch summary record and daily lab records in R & D Journal.
To manage Lab cleaning, Equipment cleaning with the help of Lab assistants.
To arrange Glasswares and Raw materials in separate racks with the help of Lab assistants.
To arrange RBF setup as per reaction requirements.
Sending samples for the required test in the ADL and observing its results.
Purification of materials by Column chromatography as per project requirements.
