Key Responsibilities of RPO

Project Oversight:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines through effective planning, resource allocation, and daily task monitoring.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for tracking work progress, engaging with hiring managers, conducting reviews, and managing escalations.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Delegate tasks efficiently within the team and ensure the daily submission of high-quality CVs.

Performance Reviews:

Conduct weekly MIS and tracker reviews every Friday. •Lead RPO support team reviews every Monday. •- Participate in weekly review meetings with Mary and TTS to align on progress and expectations.

Quality Assurance & Fulfilment: •Oversee CV quality checks, manage salary negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding with zero dropouts.
Daily sharing CVs as per the targets




Daily Co-ordinating with the our team and client for feedback and interviews
•Daily Maintaining Trackers and dashboards, make sure RPO Team is updating without errors. Share the sheet weekly once with all the recruiters
Sharing email confirmation on CV shortlist details with RPO team
Interview scheduling and co-ordination, sitting in the interview with Hiring managers, maintain interview tracker
Collecting feedback and communicating to the candidates
Collecting questions to filter and screen right CVs from RPO team
Document collection from selected candidates
Reference check with the references shared by candidates post selection
Any other time to time support required for HR team
