Key Responsibilities
Find current customers through referrals, online platforms, walk-ins, partners, and cold callings and generate prospects and leads.
Understand customers needs and assist them or property related registration including leave & license.
Follow up on leads and convert into sales .
Offer the best services and build solid relationships with customers.
Assist with property registration with respect to paperwork, KYC, agreements etc.
Coordinate with banks for home loan processing when needed.
What We're Looking For
A graduate degree (any field)
1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
Positive communication & presentation skills.
