Biplob World Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in the distribution and sales of toys, games, books, and baby care products across various channels including retail and e-commerce.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Introduce company products and generate interest
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
Assist in lead generation and database building

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets




Confident, presentable, and eager to learn
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Prior telecalling or sales experience (optional)
