Note: This is a 100% Recruitment role. HR Operations experience is not required for this position.

Job Location- Rash Behari Avenue (Kalighat), Kolkata

Work from Office- 5 Days

CTC - Max 3 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT / white-collar positions (PAN India - Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Solar EV, etc.)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Schedule and manage interview processes
Experience in handling mid-level hiring is an advantage
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.




Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines

Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Positive understanding of white-collar hiring (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.)
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment or Staffing
