Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination
Maintain files, records, and office documentation
Handle data entry, MIS reports, and documentation in MS Excel & Word
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow
Manage phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
Assist in maintaining jewellery catalogues, order records, and office databases
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
Support management with administrative and operational activities

Well-versed in handling administrative work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, reliable, and maintains professional ethics
Builds and maintains healthy working relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors
Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Proactive with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications
Graduate (preferred)
1–3 years of office administration experience
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali will be an advantage
