Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Robust knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
